My dad has a fig tree in his backyard. Peter removed a couple branches and guess what, some sort of gardening is taking place now. Peter will plant the two branches in my mom's backyard. I hope they grow up to be strong fig trees. :-)

Re: How Does Your Garden Grow?

Hey Joy!
NICE going! It's about 4 ft by 25 ft and will have irrigation running through the soil.....thanks to our wonderful irrigation/landscaper guy who attached it to our exhisting irrigation system. I heard that we reap about $250.00 worth of produce for every $60.00 we invest in plants. Nice.
Can't wait to see how our gardens grow!
Much Love to you.

Re: How Does Your Garden Grow?

or sprouts!
xoxox deb xoxoxo

Re: How Does Your Garden Grow?

Love you too Debs! It's not space that's the issue [my mother has over a half acrea of land to work with], it's our crazy schedules that is the culprit. But I really like your tip and think I'll go for it. Can't have too much lettuce in the house.

Re: How Does Your Garden Grow?

thanks Ingrid!
