    It could have been if they did not get a donor. I find this story full of hope and very inspiring.Dom has his whole life ahead of him and he is doing fantastic.

    My eyes are flooded with tears. I just met Elaina in Oregon at Raw Union....she is light among us. I had no idea, Debbie. Thank you so much for sharing this....not sure how I missed this info, but thank you. I am praying and will donate to them as well.

    Penni! Yes, I was with Elaina in Feb and did not know that this was looming for them. He seems like a sweet kid with a bright future. I know that Elaina and he will make an awesome healing team!love to youdeb xoxoxo

    wow! sending some hope dom''s way. i actually did a team in training marathon once when i was in better health. but i've never seen how it impacted people. that's cool.

    Me too! I ran the Honolulu Marathon with team in training in memory of my father, who had a rare form of leukemia.. ironic huh?love youdeb xoxo

    What a remarkable woman and mother---there is nothing as beautiful as the love of a mother for her child.

    I will envision Dom strong, vibrant, and sharing his story of healing with others in the near future!
