Top tip for feeling young; act like you're young. I think truly believing that we are young from the inside out - rather than the typical 'gosh I'm getting old' mentality - is half the battle. Run through rain puddles, giggle like a school girl, dance until you drop.

My top tip for feeling young is following Gods law of health and his commandments as best as I can. This way I am completly covered and reap all health benefits just by obeying.

You are so gorgous ! you look like a very famous model I can't place her name but I'll look it up later and get back to you your nose and other features look like hers. This isn't sucking up just an observation.

I just learned about the Raw food lifestyle a few months ago and I must say I cant stop reading about it. I am not raw yet, not even fully vegetarian yet either, but it is something I want to do in the near future. To ease my "transition", I started drinking green smoothies daily, and they make me feel AMAZING!! I cant go a day without one. But I find them best for breakfast... what a great way to start my day! I would love a chance to have a subscription to RawFu mag so I can learn even more about the raw food life to ease my transition into it.
